Farmer’s Markets EverywhereI have yet to find produce so fresh – so
deeply colorful, so bursting with flavor – anywhere else. The
volcanic soil and the altitude make for incredibly tasty food, with
vitamins and minerals you just don’t find in the food here in the
U.S.anymore with the farmland here so nutrient-depleted.

hi! We talked a while back about Equador and I may be going in January to live with my boyfriends grandmother or his aunt. I am not going with a study abroad program or anything because I hate the programs! I would be going to school with at the Guayaquil University or the Catholic University. My boyfriend and his mom are worried about me going because they say it is dangerous; I would like another opinion of someone who’s emotions aren’t involved. Do you have any opinions/advice/concerns/encouragement? Thanks!
